Tweak of the day: How to change the softkey buttons

If you are using your device a lot, you probably need the ability to invoke some application in minimum clicks - this tweak will help you attach one of your favorite tools to one of the softkeys.

Create the following keys and Strings in the registry (using the Registry Editor):
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Today\Keys\112
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Today\Keys\113

The 112 entry will set the left left key and the 113 entry will set the right.

For each key - create a new string with the name 'Open'.

The value of the string should hold the path to the application you wish to invoke by clicking the softkey.

If, for example you wish to open a great notes application (AKA: SpooNotes) set the following path: "\Program Files\SpoonTools\SpooNotes\SpooNotes.exe".

Enjoy!
