Why Aren't Video Calls Successful?



Well, according to Ukko Lappalainen, the VP Category Manager for Nokia's Nseries (I wonder what it means...) - it's because the angle at which the front-facing cameras are held gives callers a view of your face that "isn't very flattering..."

If indeed this is the problem - how about developing a new type of video-calls where you cannot see the person you talk to...
