Fix incomplete contacts with Scrub

Scrub1

Some of you are familiar with Trinket who brought us the PowerSMS.

Scrub is another small utility that can help you manage your contacts.

Since many of us hold a list of contacts which comes from different sources, many of the items miss some important information.

Scrub helps finding the missing information and complete it.

Quote from the developer's site:

"Scrub is a small Windows Mobile® utility to detect missing information such as email addresses, home or work phone numbers, addresses and birthdays from your contacts. It can quickly scan all the contacts on your device, and group them by the type of information missing.

Why do I need it?
  • Firstly, it's useful as an organizational tool - especially if you like to filter contacts by Category or Company.
  • Secondly, it can improve your safety by checking whether you have sufficient communication options to reach your friends and family in case of an emergency.
  • Thirdly, it helps you ensure that you've captured the full names, numbers and email addresses of the people you meet when networking socially.
  • Finally, it's interesting to use when you're bored and have nothing better to do on your phone.
Why is it free? Is it ad-supported or are there any caveats?

It's 100% free; there are no ads or any other caveats. We initially made it as an add-on to our other apps, which rely on your contact information being up to date. However, since it was a relatively small effort to create, we decided to make it free for everyone.
