- March 19, 08:00 AM: "They" approached me.
- March 19, 08:25 PM: The "Exchange" will be made tomorrow.
- March 21, 10:00 PM: The "Exchange" will be done tonight
So it's now finally over. The exchange was made. I now have it.
It was a hard one. Anonymous phone calls, a nervous encounter, a tough negotiation. I couldn't see their faces I just saw one of them was blond, a woman, couldn't see anything besides that.
Up to this point of time I still don't know who "they" are exactly and what did they want, all I know is I had to give away my iPod Touch in order to get it.
I did it. After all, I do have two iPhones and an iPad, the iPod is really not important to me that much.
"This", on the other hand, is something completely different. From a first look it is perfectly designed, feels great in the hand, it has everything I need: tons of apps, it is completely open, most of the great stuff are for free, and you can do whatever you want with it.
I'm amazed that I got all of this just for an iPod. I'm hoping "they" will not ask it back… I may have to kill them if they do. It may become ugly.
So this is it for now, on my way back to the hotel, where I will further examine my new toy. I'm actually writing these words directly from it.
