If Mobile operating systems were running for president, who would have won?

If Mobile operating systems were running for president, what were the results?

Android? iOS? Maybe BlackBerry? (OK, maybe not…)
Well, I believe it’s fair to say that if the presidential election took place in 2011, Android would have been elected, at least according to the image below:

On the other hand, 2012 did bring some sort of a change, and while Android’s crazy momentum slows down a bit, iPhone, now sold by Verizon, Sprint, and AT&T, closes down the gaps, and with similar sales results in the next few months we might even see iOS taking the lead in the US.

The next United States presidential election will be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2012. Until that time we may see some more changes in the mobile market, so it’s probably impossible to predict who will be the winner…
